Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer (“Agreement”) governs the use of VektaOS (“the Service”) provided by Individual Entrepreneur “ISAKHAN” (ИП “ИСАХАН”), registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).

By registering or using the Service, you fully accept this Agreement (acceptance of the offer).

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants the User access to a digital productivity platform (VektaOS), including tools for managing tasks, projects, notes, habits, and time.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, the User must create an account. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all actions performed under their account.

4. Rights and Obligations

User undertakes to:

• Use the Service in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Not disrupt the operation of the system
• Not attempt to obtain unauthorized access

The Provider may:

• Change the Service functionality
• Restrict access in case of violations
• Update these terms

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis. Prices, plans, and payment terms are specified inside the Service.

Payments are made in advance. Refunds are not provided, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Free Trial

The Service may offer a 7-day free trial with access to Pro features. After the trial period ends, access automatically switches to the free plan unless a paid subscription is activated.

7. User Content

The User retains ownership of all created content. The Provider has the right to process and store such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions or technical failures
• Loss of data due to user actions
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10. Termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of this Agreement. The User may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. Changes to the Agreement

The Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
